At the core of MLS Premier Properties is the leadership and legacy of our founder, Marilyn L. Stokes — a respected force in real estate since the 1980s. Marilyn began her career advising investors on multifamily properties, building a foundation rooted in market insight and strategic growth. Her path led her to serve as Market President and Managing Broker for a nationally recognized brokerage, where she oversaw three offices, a title company, and a team of more than 70 agents.
Driven by a passion to elevate the real estate experience, Marilyn launched MLS Premier Properties with a clear vision: to remove unnecessary overhead, prioritize the client relationship, and deliver refined, results-driven service with integrity and care. Today, that vision continues to shape every transaction — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors — with a focus on personalized guidance and unmatched expertise.
